Here’s how to vote early in the 11th Congressional District special election primary:
You can return your ballot to the county board of elections or you can vote there early in person!
You can vote early in person at your county’s early vote center starting on July 7
Cuyahoga County: Board of Elections, 2925 Euclid Ave. Cleveland, OH 44115 (Click here for hours)
Summit County: 500 Grant St. Akron, OH 44311 (Click here for hours)
If you still have your absentee ballot, complete it and return to your county Board of Elections right away. Ballots must be postmarked by Monday, August 2, in order to be counted. You can also drop your ballot off at the Board of Elections by the close of polls on Election Day.

You can vote on August 3rd from 6:30 AM to 7:30 PM by going to your polling location and asking to vote in the Democratic Primary.
